The members of Capitol Hill Toastmasters of Atlanta are glad you stopped by!
We think we already know something about you: You are intelligent and have a passion to improve yourself! Right? You think communication is crucial for being successful. But you wish that your public speaking skills reflected your inner drive to excel. You wish to overcome your fear of speaking in public and you want continually to improve your speaking skills. That's GREAT!
Now, we want you to know something about Atlantas Capitol Hill Toastmasters: We are just like you! We joined Toastmasters International to associate with like-minded people who recognize that we are capable...and we can all improve. Improvement takes practice! The best way to overcome fear of public speaking and acquire acuity in the art of public speaking is to speak in public! Thats what we do at Capitol Hill Toastmasters.
Most of our members are employed by the State of Georgia, but we are open to all and have several members outside of state government.
The best way to see how great Toastmasters can be is to visit as our honored guest. Visitors are always welcome at our regularly scheduled meetings.
Open and friendly Capitol Hill Toastmasters meets every Tuesday from 12:05PM to 12:55PM in Suite 2070-East Tower, Floyd Building, northeast from the Georgia State Capitol Building.
Club Mission
The mission of a Toastmasters club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop and practice communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.
